Case Study

Before

Tracking performance across 45+ domains and 100+ apps required aggregating data from multiple sources (Cloudflare, Vercel, Google Analytics) into a single view without overwhelming complexity.

After

Replaced checking Cloudflare, Vercel, and Google Analytics separately with a single interface, with automated alerts for anomalies across 45+ domains.

How it's solved

Designed a unified dashboard with MCP integrations pulling real-time analytics from Cloudflare Workers, Vercel deployments, and Google Analytics. Used server-side aggregation with intelligent caching to keep load times under 2 seconds.

Trade-offs

Alerting is threshold-based, not anomaly-detection — it can miss gradual drifts that never cross a hard line.
