Solo Empire CLI
Run a 45-domain personal operation from 11 focused commands, not scattered scripts.
Managing 45 knowledge domains and 21K+ files by hand meant ad-hoc scripts with no shared state, logging, or safety net.
An internal system; this case study is the public evidence.
Case Study
Before
Managing 45 knowledge domains, 21K+ files, and multiple data pipelines required consistent CLI tools instead of ad-hoc scripts scattered across the filesystem. Manual operations were error-prone and time-consuming.
After
Unified command-line interface for the entire personal OS. Reduced operational tasks from manual file manipulation to single commands. Manages 45 domains, 21K+ files, and 60+ revenue projections through automated workflows.
How it's solved
Built 11 focused CLI tools (domain manager, data operator, backup system, link checker, scraper orchestrator, notification service, etc.) with a shared utils library, consistent output formatting, and SQLite-based state management. All tools integrate with Telegram notifications and Infisical secret management.
Trade-offs
Built around one operator's file layout and secrets setup — not yet packaged for someone else to install and run.
