LocalCRM
Keep client data on your machine — never in someone else's cloud.
Client details were scattered across spreadsheets, email, and chat threads, with sensitive information sitting in third-party inboxes.
A public prototype demonstrates the interaction; scope and data are intentionally limited.
Case Study
Before
Client relationship data was scattered across spreadsheets, email, and messaging apps. Needed a unified, privacy-first CRM that runs locally without cloud dependency to protect sensitive client information.
After
Consolidated all client data into a single offline-capable system. Zero cloud dependency ensures complete privacy for sensitive client information. Handles client profiles, projects, invoices, and communications in one unified interface.
How it's solved
Built a local-first CRM with SQLite backend, FastAPI service layer, and a clean web interface. Features include client profiles, project tracking, invoice generation, communication logs, and automated follow-up reminders. All data stays on the local machine.
Trade-offs
Local-first means no built-in multi-device sync yet — data lives on whichever machine runs it.
