Goal Tracker
Break a big goal into milestones without the overhead of enterprise OKR software.
Goal-setting tools were either bloated OKR platforms or plain checklists, with nothing built for tracking milestones in between.
A public deployment is available to try.
Case Study
Before
Traditional goal-setting apps were either too complex (enterprise OKR tools) or too simple (checklists) — there was no middle ground for personal goal tracking with milestones.
After
Provided a focused personal goal system without feature bloat. The milestone approach helped break large goals into actionable steps with clear progress indicators.
How it's solved
Designed a goal tracker with hierarchical goals (yearly → quarterly → monthly), progress visualization, and milestone checkpoints. Used localStorage for offline-first persistence and optional cloud sync.
Trade-offs
No collaborative goals yet — each goal tree belongs to a single user.
